Important Information About ICE

As part of our ICE Program, we aim to provide our students with meaningful professional experience by partnering with organizations around the world. Below, you will find important information regarding the process for hosting one of our students at your company.

Duration

ICE placement should be a minimum of 28 weeks, in accordance with our program standards.

Nature of Work and Supervision

The student should be assigned to a position that is relevant to their field of study and includes proper supervision. Providing mentorship and a learning-oriented environment is highly encouraged to support the student’s professional growth.

End-of-Term Evaluation

At the end of the placement, we kindly ask that you provide a final grade evaluating the student’s overall performance during their time at your organization. Your feedback is valuable in helping us assess the student’s performance.

Visa, Work Permit and Insurance Responsibility

Students who require a visa or work permit to work in the host country are responsible for obtaining the necessary legal documentation. The university assumes no legal responsibility related to employment authorization. Additionally, students must ensure they have valid health insurance coverage for the entire duration of the placement.

No Financial or Legal Liability to the University

Please note that the university holds no financial or legal responsibility for the employment arrangement. The working relationship is solely between your company and the student for the duration of the placement.
