2. What is the duration of the Cooperative Education Program? The program lasts a minimum of 28 weeks. Based on the signed agreement, it may vary between 28 to 50 weeks.

3. Is it possible for our company to host a student for just one semester? The Cooperative Education Program is an educational model that spans the 7th and 8th semesters. The minimum work duration is 28 weeks, which corresponds to 2 semesters. Applications are not accepted for a single semester.

4. As an employer based in Antalya, are we eligible to become a partner in your university’s Cooperative Education Program, or do you only collaborate with companies located outside the city or internationally? Yes, we do collaborate with companies based in Antalya. We look forward to exploring potential partnership opportunities with your company!

5. What fields of study do you have ICE Students in? The Cooperative Education Program involves 6 faculties and 18 departments in business, health, law, engineering, architecture, and tourism.

6. Should the company pay a salary to the host student participating in a Cooperative Education Program? Yes, the company is typically expected to provide a salary to the student participating in Cooperative Education Program. However, the specific amount can vary depending on the company's policies, the sector, and the scope of the student's responsibilities.

7. What kind of support is expected to be provided to students? The expectations (such as meals, transportation, etc.) are determined within the scope of the signed protocol. A student in a minor program may only participate in Cooperative Education within their main program and must freeze their minor enrollment. They can continue the minor the following year.

8. What is the Application Agreement? It is a contract prepared during the student’s placement process, based on the Collaboration Agreement signed between the company and the university. It outlines the responsibilities of the student, the workplace, and the university, and is approved by the Student, University Coordinator, and Workplace Coordinator.

9. What information should be included in the Workplace Information Database? It should include your contact details, business location and area, number of employees, benefits offered to students (such as transportation and meals), as well as departments and quotas you can offer.

10. Who is responsible for the student at the workplace? Within the scope of the Cooperative Education Program, the workplace assigns a mentor from its own staff for the student. During the program, the student works under the responsibility of this designated mentor.

11. Should I provide feedback to the student or to ABU on the student’s progress? At the end of the semester, the student's grade will be evaluated equally between the employer and the faculty. Each will assign half of the grade, and the final grade will be the average of both. Additionally, if the student displays any disciplinary issues or fails to continue their work, we request your support in informing our coordination office.

12. Can we hire a student immediately after ICE Program? Yes, you can hire our ICE students for full-time permanent employment after graduation.
